Prices on our site are always shown including VAT. Our prices also always include shipping costs, regardless of the number you order. For example, if you order one product for € 7.95, the costs for two of the same products are € 15.90.

Delivery products

Initially we only deliver in the Netherlands. The products will be shipped when we have received the payment. Delivery of large orders outside the Netherlands may be possible, please contact us first.


If you have any questions about our service, products or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. We try to answer all your questions and solve any problems by e-mail. You should send your questions to:, we will answer them within 48 hours.


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product with a fully completed return form. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Have you received a damaged or defective product? It almost never happens, but if you do receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange it for you free of charge. Please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you as soon as possible.

Wrong product

If you receive a wrong product, you can return it to us and we will ensure (of course free of charge) that the right product comes your way.

Complaints handling

We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an email to If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.


Of course we treat your private data with respect. We will include this information in our customer database to facilitate payments, processing and delivery of orders.
